Well, USAir has come through positively AGAIN...what's up with that! We used FF Points for our trip to Greece. Their partner, Luftansa, changed the flight schedule which changed the whole trip and made for some huge layovers. I was on the phone for over 45 minutes as USAir staff tried to find the best connection possible. I had no problem on hold because they were actually working for my best interest. They came through....HUGE! They put us on a direct flight which hadn't been available.....I was so impressed..THANK YOU USAIR!
Well, bonniejoy03, I hope your love affair with USAir lasts. I guess it is because my family and I have choices. USAir would usually be our last choice as a primary carrier. Sounds like you are actually flying on a partner airline.
K....I typically am writing nasty notes about USAir. It was wonderful that our trip back from VG (via San Juan) on USAir went smoothly! Our trip to Greece is direct on USAir to Athens and then Aegean to the islands. The customer service at USAir truly impressed me...this time!
Hi P....I AGREE!!! That is why I had to write that comment. They totally surprised me! We were expecting the worse and had entered this trip with lots of personal issues (death in the family, medical condition in the family, etc, etc.) so......we were already down in the dumps.....we were shocked....
