do you HAVE to go to CDG? do you have to go to AMS? I am DL spouse and can possibly assist w/routing--my family uses pass travel and like tot ravel Italy.
you can use BPasses for PISA
there is a hotel that non-revenue passengers use for Roma--both are upscale: I have 2 options--Rex Hotel or La Residenza
If you want to send me a private message, I will add more ideas."wherever you go, there you are"

In Rome, I would suggest Hotel Raphael now turned Relais&Chateau at the Piazza Navona, http://www.raphaelhotel.com/Welcome-...el-in-rome.htm or Hotel Fortyseven http://www.fortysevenhotel.com/pages/contacts.jsp near the Forum. Both hotels have been on earlier LL offerings and we have stayed in both. We particularly liked Hotel Raphael for its central location to Piazza Navona, also walking distance to Vatican and Pantheon as well as Spanish Steps and shopping district. Also the Raphael has a wonderful roofgarden dining area overlooking Rome. Really enjoyed the sunset while we were having dinner up there.
As for one-way tickets you can try RyanAir out of Beauvais Airport not CDG. There is a Bus that leaves from Port Maillot that takes you to Beauvais Airport that costs about 10 Euros one way and takes about 1 hour. www.shuttledirect.com/en/airport/BVA
Beauvais - Pisa/Florence runs about 18.99 Euros for one-way flights. http://www.bookryanair.com/skysales/FRSelect.aspx. Beware though of strict lugguage restrictions, etc. As for Oneway tickets Rome to Amsterdam, try sidestep.com which shows that EasyJet is flying there for 110 dollars one way. Again, watch baggage restrictions and regulations. http://www.sidestep.com/r/Mm2N2w
Good luck and kind regards,

When going to Rome you should read obrienkf's excellent blog on Rome. Here is the link
As to restaurants, I already mentioned the rooftop restaurant of the Raphael Hotel. Also the Fourtyseven Hotel near the Forum has an excellent rooftop restaurant, and so has the Hassler by the Spanish steps. While we were in Rome, we went to the Roman Wine Accademie which is near the Spanish Steps and is run by the Hassler Hotel. The Roman Wine Accadenie also runs a lovely restaurant with excellent wines to go with the meals. This is sort of off the beaten pass, but it was an excellent restaurnat in a lovely setting. I can't quite remember the exact location, but I am sure the Hassler Hotel could give you more information on it.

I just remembered the name of the Roman Wine Accademie Restaurant. Here is the link
http://www.wineacademyroma.com/uk/uk-accademia.asp, Click under the il Palazetto, Rome
You might enjoy an evening at this quiet, elegant, off the beaten path restaurant. I can highly recommend it.

Last email I sent came back as undeliverable, Larry.
Glad it worked out. We use our miles for partner travel in Biz, too--mostly Korean Air (30K RT ICN/Bali) prior to the merger. That's pretty good use of miles, I'd say!! Have a great time and come back w/report.
Travel well and safely!"wherever you go, there you are"
