I had a little situation that the hotel representative was quite difficult to make contact with. I had researched my information before I bid and noticed a slow response. When I did win the auction, the response continued to be slow. I contacted Nancy at LL and she sent served as the go between. The rep contacted me pronto after her intervention. Funny thing is that after a few weeks, the rep disappeared and a new one appeared who was really on the ball and wonderful to work with. The new rep was answering my millions of questions very quickly.
If you have a particularly difficult situation, please contact LL customer service via phone and explained your situation with your documentation that in good faith you have tried to work with the property. I think they will serve as a go between for you to try to resolve this frustration.
