Not sure if this is the right place for this but I wasn't sure where else to ask.
On the main site, whatever I put on to my 'tracking' list or list in my 'favorites' is only there while I'm logged in for that session. Whenever I log out and log back in, they're all gone and I have to look them up again, very frustrating.
I checked my own online profile to see if possibly there was a setting you needed to change. Could not find anything. I would suggest you contact customer service directly for assistance. They are great to work with and I am sure will be able to quickly figure it out. You can reach them at:
