I want to be proactive here. Most of the time people only list complaints. I want to thank the LL staff (Nancy) for the prompt handling of a concern I had. I was not having luck contacting a property. Nancy went to bat and within 12 hours, the property was contacting me! Great service and really reinforced why I like working with LL. Just thought I would share.
I too had occasion to speak to Nancy Taylor the same day you did, and she was most helpful in taking care of my needs while paying with a VIP Gift Certificate. She also let on that they are swamped with the new community board and LL site reorganizations. Nonetheless, I second you that they are doing a good job and deserve our praise. It helps to say so and to say thank you once in a while. Thank you Nancy and other for keeping us happy.

I agree, Nancy Taylor is always a pleasure to talk to whether or not you have a problem. I too have spoken to her resently with a problem I had in Greece. She is working on the issue. I find her always willing to help. My question is to you L., where are you off to? How did you spend your GC?
I just wanted to reopen this thread and let everyone know how great the LL staff people have been. Kyla helped me recently get something taken care of and I have really been impressed with Michael Choe's work on getting things respoved and being so responsive to all of us. I know all of the staff has regular jobs at LL and additionally, they take the time to babysit us as well.
I also wanted to post a big Thank You to Sharon for helping me get my VIP certificate properly credited. I used the on-line payment option, thinking my certificate would be automatically credited. Then I went to my on-line credit card account and realized the full amount of the auction purchase had be debited. So just a simply phone call to Sharon and the certificate was handled, credit received and now I am back in the game. Great Customer Service!
