we too are having problems getting a valid confirmation for our dates
This is our first experience with Luxury Link. We have won 4, 5 day auctions for travel to a new resort in Mexico. The first 3 we wanted booked consecutively for us to have a 2 week vacation. The last for my parents for a one week stay. I bought 2 additional nights directly from the hotel to make one week for my parents.
We have purchased our flights as when we talked to the hotel they had plenty of rooms available for our chosen travel dates.
I have been able to talk to wonderful consierges at luxury link who are very kind and polite.....but we are not getting the job done here. I have been sent several un readable e-mails which are just a bunch of computer lingo.
example (font>// xkp3.r4ut1\ border>>//..,). a whole page of nothing usable or readable!
I need to see dates
something we can use when we check in
something to show me we are booked for the dates of our flights
Although the agents are very kind, friendly and polite telling me they will take care of everything right away
I have yet to recieve what I need . It has been 2 weeks now and I am getting very anxious.
Can some one please direct me to a contact to help sort this out.
