Over the years, I've noticed a decline in my ability (or willingness) to deal with Jet Lag.
I find moving across four or more time zones or more, whether eastward or westward, has negative impacts on my circadian rhythm. The results are, my needing to add on at least a day or two of rest at my destination in order to compensate. This amounts to an added expense for extra hotel nights before I can really get into enjoying my holiday.

I am fortunate enough to still have my Mother and I wanted to celebrate Mother's Day with her at a special place.
We selected Costa d'Este in Vero Beach, Florida.
Success in securing the dates I wanted and it turned out to be wonderful in all aspects!
The weekend was even more special using a LuxuryLink VIP Cert for this vacation package!
Although the destination may not sound all that exotic when compared to some of the places offered

Just returned from4 nt complimentary stay at Secrets Aura Cozumel. Very nice of AMResorts to host us again. I was hoping for a favorable experience. They had us upgraded to the Preferred Club area and the 1 BR suite was fairly nice. We appreciated the gesture.
This time I won't go into detail about food disasters. Suffice it to say that there were many, ranging from lukewarm food to wrong orders, brown-cooked eggs and such. I think 4 days of food hell would be an apt description.

We're planning a trip to Munich, Germany and then on to Rome, Italy. I would appreciate any suggestion and instructions concerning travel between the two cities. Should we fly or take the train? Are there any interesting stops if we decide to travel via rail? How far in advance should we order tickets or can we purchase tickets a day in advance ? Thanks
