Over the years, I've noticed a decline in my ability (or willingness) to deal with Jet Lag.
I find moving across four or more time zones or more, whether eastward or westward, has negative impacts on my circadian rhythm. The results are, my needing to add on at least a day or two of rest at my destination in order to compensate. This amounts to an added expense for extra hotel nights before I can really get into enjoying my holiday.
Yes, I've tried all the "tips" and none seem to get the job done.
I can easily travel twice the distance, when not crossing time zones, without any appreciable negative impacts.
That said, I press on, grumble and groan, nod off at meal time and frequently stumble around with a glazed look. However, I refuse to give up and continue to enjoy luxury travel. through my friends here at http://www.luxurylink.com/
